Our range includes six front styles, all PVD-coated for enhanced durability, smooth disassembly and easy maintenance. Each tip is engineered to minimise material stress while maintaining a stable, well-controlled gate temperature. 

NOS and NPS are ideal for direct gates in the mould where a minimal vestige is required. VGS and VGP offer the same gate geometry with the addition of a valve pin for increased process control. NPX and VGX extend through the parting line, enabling the use of an exchangeable gate insert in the front mould plate. 

All nozzle nuts and fronts are PVD-coated to ensure reliable servicing and long lifetime performance.
