It is a 16 cavity medical cap mold, and has performed flawlessly for over 4 million shots with zero down time related to the runner system. Service and support from design to production was excellent, and we are pleased with the customer service and speedy response to our schedule maintenance needs. 

 Since then we have purchased many multi-cavity systems from Heatlock, all running millions of shots, and all running  under 10 seconds cycle.
